What we collect

• Account information: your email, account ID, display name, sign-in provider, plan, credits, and settings.
• Your content: prompts, uploaded images, masks, generated outputs, saved projects, boards, journeys, presets, settings, and related metadata.
• Usage information: features used, generations and downloads, diagnostics, errors, performance, browser and device type, IP address, and security logs.
• Payments and communications: your plan and transaction status and any messages or files you send us.

We receive this information from you, your browser or device, sign-in and payment providers, and services that process your requests.

How we use information

We use this information to provide, save, and share content at your direction, manage accounts, plans, credits, and payments, provide support, analyze and improve Iliad, prevent abuse and security incidents, send service or marketing messages consistent with your choices, and comply with law.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing Iliad, consent where required, and legal obligations.

Model providers and training

Some features send the prompts, images, settings, or other content needed for your request to OpenAI or Google. They process that information to return the requested generation, analysis, or safety result.

Iliad may use content submitted to or generated through the Free plan to develop and improve Iliad, including by training or fine-tuning models. Iliad does not use content submitted to or generated through paid plans for training or fine-tuning unless you separately agree.

Public content

Content is private unless you make it public. Public content may include images, names, descriptions, prompts, settings, or generation details, depending on the controls you choose. Other people may copy, download, index, or reshare it. Making content private again does not retrieve copies outside Iliad's control.

Providers and other disclosures

We use service providers for authentication, email, database hosting, storage and networking, analytics and session replay, internal administration and support, payments, model features, and safety processing. These providers include Aiven, Basedash, Cloudflare, Google, OpenAI, PostHog, Resend, and Stripe.

These providers process information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when you direct us to, when required by law, to protect people or Iliad, to confidential professional advisers, or as part of a financing, acquisition, or sale.

Iliad does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Analytics and browser storage

Iliad uses cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, preferences, feature state, and analytics. PostHog records product activity and may associate it with your account. Its session replay may capture text or other content visible or entered during a recorded session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Retention

We generally keep your account and saved content while your account is active and until you delete it or request account deletion. We keep payment, security, support, and legal records as long as reasonably needed. Deleted information may remain in backups.

Free-plan content may be retained as needed to develop and improve Iliad, including training or fine-tuning models. If you delete content or your account, we will stop new uses, but models already trained or fine-tuned with that content may continue, subject to applicable law.

Public copies, downloads, and caches outside Iliad's control may remain after you delete or unpublish content.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. These may include accessing, correcting, deleting, or exporting it, and restricting or objecting to its use. You may also withdraw consent, appeal a denied request, or complain to a privacy regulator. We will not treat you unfairly for exercising your rights.

Use Iliad's controls where available or email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. Use the unsubscribe link to stop marketing emails; essential service messages may continue.

International processing

Iliad and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. For international transfers, we use contracts or other safeguards recognized by applicable law.

Children

Iliad is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If a new use of information requires consent, we will ask for it.
