Using Iliad

You must be at least 13 to use Iliad. If you are not old enough to enter a contract where you live, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms for you. If you use Iliad for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization to these terms.

Keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Your Iliad account is also used for Aqueduct, although the products have separate terms.

Your work belongs to you

You retain ownership of anything you upload or submit. You also own the images, textures, material maps, meshes, and other outputs generated for you through Iliad, whether you use a free or paid plan.

You give Iliad permission to host, transmit, and process your content as needed to operate, secure, and support Iliad, comply with law, and use Free-plan content as described below.

Free-plan content

If you use the Free plan, Iliad may use the content you submit and the outputs generated for you to develop and improve Iliad, including by training or fine-tuning models. This does not change your ownership of that content.

Publishing

Content is private unless you make it public. While it is public, anyone can view it and Iliad may display and distribute it through the service. Making content public does not transfer ownership or put it in the public domain.

If you make content private again, Iliad will stop displaying it publicly. Copies already downloaded, cached, or shared may remain.

Model training

Iliad may use content submitted to or generated through the Free plan to train or fine-tune models. Iliad does not use content submitted to or generated through paid plans for training or fine-tuning unless you separately agree.

Some features send content to a model provider to carry out your request. The Privacy Policy explains this processing.

Your responsibilities

Only submit material you have the right to use. Outputs may not be unique, accurate, non-infringing, or eligible for copyright or other protection.

You may not use Iliad to:

• break the law or violate another person's rights;
• exploit or endanger children;
• create fraud, malware, harassment, or material intended to cause serious harm;
• introduce malicious code or disrupt Iliad;
• scrape Iliad without permission or bypass its security or usage limits;
• access another person's account or content without permission; or
• resell access to Iliad unless a written agreement allows it.

Plans and payment

Prices, usage limits, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Payments are non-refundable unless we state otherwise or the law requires a refund. Credits have no cash value and may expire as disclosed when issued.

Iliad itself

Iliad owns the service, including its software, models, interface, documentation, and brand. These terms let you use Iliad for personal or commercial work but do not let you redistribute the service itself. Separate open-source licenses still control the components they cover.

If you send us product feedback, we may use it without restriction or payment.

Suspension and changes

You may stop using Iliad at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, a violation of these terms, or an urgent legal, safety, or security risk. We will normally provide notice when the issue can reasonably be fixed.

We may change Iliad or these terms. Changes to Iliad may affect existing projects, outputs, compatibility, integrations, or workflows.

Service risks and liability

Iliad is provided "as is" and "as available." Generative systems can produce unexpected, inaccurate, offensive, or legally unusable results. We do not promise uninterrupted service, preservation of every saved item, or that outputs will meet your needs.

Where the law allows, Iliad is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, business, or data. Iliad's total liability for claims relating to iliad.ai will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Iliad during the previous 12 months. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.

If you use Iliad for an organization, that organization will cover third-party claims caused by its unlawful content, unlawful use, or material breach of these terms, except to the extent Iliad caused the claim.

General

A separate written agreement with Iliad controls if it conflicts with these terms. If one part cannot be enforced, the rest remains effective. Mandatory consumer protections still apply. Before filing a formal claim, you and Iliad agree to try in good faith to resolve it directly.
